Laura Castoldi

Laura Castoldi became a chef and holistic practitioner after battling breast cancer twice. She opened I buoni sani, a macrobiotic deli and restaurant, in Bergamo, near Milan, where she lives. She gives consultations, lectures and cooking workshops and runs the new location of the historic La Sana Gola cooking school. With Terra Nuova he has published My diet against cancer.
