Lara Light

Lara Light is a color therapist, somatic practitioner, and the creator of Kaleidoscopic Light Therapy. She began working with kaleidoscopic light in 2001, during a personal health crisis, as a way to steady her own perception. That early exploration grew into Light Literacy, her framework for reading the relationship between color, posture, breath, and emotional tone. Over the past two decades she has facilitated hundreds of client sessions, workshops, and group events using her light-based therapeutic tools. She also designs and builds handcrafted kaleidoscopic instruments and immersive light environments for retreats and gatherings. She lives on the Garden Route of South Africa.
