Jo Ann Staugaard-Jones
Jo Ann Staugaard-Jones teaches kinesiology, movement science, and dance.
She is also a writer, pilates and yoga instructor, and holds a master’s degree in dance and education from New York and Kansas Universities.
She lives in New Jersey.
