Gaëlle Roudaut

Gaëlle Roudaut is an expert in communication, HR, and digital transformation, with over 15 years of corporate and consulting experience. An independent consultant since 2018, she manages and supports her clients’ digital projects (project management support and change management). She complements her approach with sketchnoting, training (at IGS-RH), and works as a writer for L’Entrepreneuze, a webzine dedicated to female entrepreneurship. Recently certified as a professional coach, she also guides women in successfully navigating their career transitions. She is the co-author, with Fabienne Ravassard, of Impliquer vraiment les salariés (Vuibert, 2022).
