Claude Jolicoeur

In 1982, Claude Jolicœur, a young engineer at the time, bought a property in Quebec with about thirty large, old, abandoned apple trees. He looked after them, and they naturally gave him apples, apples with which he began to make cider… Since then, his ciders have won several prizes and medals. He is an active participant in discussion forums and is regularly invited to give talks at events, conventions and festivals.
