Bettina Pabst

Bettina Pabst spent her childhood on a farm in eastern Styria, Austria, before moving to the city, where she trained as a biomedical analyst. She has worked in this profession for more than 30 years in a research laboratory at the Medical University of Graz. She has broadened her knowledge of wild plants and of old cultivated varieties from many plant families, and completed the seed course at Arche Noah to produce true-to-type seed of rare vegetables herself. She also qualified as a certified herbal educator and a certified green cosmetics educator, both at LFI Styria.
