Pierre Royer
Agrégé of History and a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Pierre Royer is a naval reserve officer and teaches history in high school and in preparatory classes. Passionate about maritime history, he is the author of Géopolitique des mers et des océans, awarded the Antéios Prize for the First Geopolitical Essay, and of a Dicoatlas of the seas and oceans, co-winner of the Éric Tabarly Prize. He regularly collaborates with various geopolitical journals.
