Monika Theuring
Monika Theuring has training in phytotherapy and is an enthusiastic gardener. In 2008, she realised her dream and learned the beekeeping trade. The organic beekeeper’s bee colonies are located in the Upper Allgäu at an altitude of 700 metres. Monika Theuring loves gardens with fragrant medicinal herbs and buzzing insects.
