Marc Grossman
Marc Grossman is the author of several American cookery books (Un goûter à New York, New York les recettes culte), and owns Bob’s Bake Shop, a Paris dinner, and Bob’s Juice Bar, the first juice bar in Paris… Marc is originally from New York, but has been living in Paris for the last ten years.
