Laurence Fugier

Laurence Fugier was born in 1972 in Paris. As a child, she lived in the United States for two years. After obtaining a master’s degree in applied mathematics, she taught French as a foreign language and mathematics in Turkey for seven years, before returning to France to become a school teacher and resuming her studies to obtain a master’s degree in history and knowledge of civilisations. Since 2002, she has been working in a primary school in the Paris suburbs. Passionate about languages, travel and foreign cultures, she particularly enjoys sharing her discoveries and transmitting the desire to open up to others.
