France Guillain

France Guillain is a writer, journalist and lecturer.

She is originally from Polynesia where she grew up in a very simple Polynesian family.

Thanks to a scholarship she left her island and studied science and then sailed around the world for twenty years. Along the way she never stops studying and working, accumulating diplomas and research.

From 1970 onwards, she published books and press articles several times a year without interruption until today. In addition to all her publications, hundreds of radio and television programmes accumulated over the years allow her to share her experiences and discoveries with us.

An avid sailor, in 1986 she was part of the selection of 12 great sportsmen and women chosen by L’Équipe Magazine to represent France at the La Plagne Sports Film Festival. The only girl in this selection, already a mother of 5 children, she was alongside Gérard d’Aboville and Dr Jean-Louis Étienne.

She is famous for her many books and her healthy and natural method of eating, derivative baths and… the Miam ô Fruits!
