Bernd Gänsbacher

Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Bernd Gänsbacher was a professor at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, USA for 16 years after his residency in internal medicine, allergy/immunology and haematology/oncology at the University of Pennsylvania and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Most recently, he was Director of the Institute for Experimental Oncology and Therapeutic Research at the Klinikum rechts der Isar of the Technical University of Munich. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Committee for Advanced Therapies (CAT) of the European Medicine Agency (EMA) in London. He is the author of over 130 scientific articles and several books.
