Alain Hays
Alain Hays is an architect, explorer, builder, author, lecturer, and independent researcher with extensive transdisciplinary experience worldwide. A pioneer in earth, wood, and bio-based architecture since the 1970s, he developed these methods in many Latin American countries. He coordinated a major post-earthquake reconstruction project in Peru, recognized by UN‑Habitat as a “Best Practice”. He also founded the global network “Notre Dame of Humanity”.
