Anne Strieber

Anne Strieber was a writer and editor, and the founding editor of Unknowncountry.com, the website she created with her husband and lifelong collaborator Whitley Strieber. After a near-death experience in 2004 she became an expert in afterlife studies. Together the Striebers pioneered a thoughtful, evidence-based and deeply human approach to subjects most often treated with sensationalism or dismissal. She kept a long-running diary on Unknowncountry exploring consciousness and the nature of the soul. She died in August 2015 and remains a guiding presence in the work Whitley continues today. The Afterlife Revolution was written out of the communication he describes receiving from her afterwards.
